Harris County Attorney Vince Ryan discusses the dangerous levels of dioxin found in fish and crab in the San Jacinto River. This is part of our efforts to get a hazardous waste site that is partially submerged in the San Jacinto River cleaned up by the responsible parties. A fence closing the area from the public was recently completed and new warning signs were posted cautioning the public to not eat fish or crab caught in the vicinity of the site.
