Outstanding Checks

The Harris County Treasurer’s Office has provided an online outstanding check database to allow vendors a means to search for checks that have been issued, but not cashed, which is updated every Tuesday. Please note it could take up to 45 days for a cashed check to be removed from the list. If you are an individual, please enter at least the first two letters of your last name, or the name as it appears on your check.  This database does not include payments made by wire transfer.  Questions about the vendor outstanding database may be sent by e-mail to treasurer.info@itc.hctx.net or by calling (713) 755-5120.
