Library Hours

• The Harris County Law Library is located in the Congress Plaza Building on the corner of Fannin and Congress.The address is 1019 Congress, 1st floor.
• Parking - Surface parking lots and metered parking spaces are available throughout the area. In addition, parking is available in the parking garage next to the building when an attendant is present, usually until noon. The garage in the Congress Plaza building is for contract parking ONLY.
• Books - Patrons are welcome to take their time doing research in the library. Unfortunately, the books in the library are not available for circulation. (They may not be checked out.)
• Copies - The law library has a vendor available to make copies for patrons.  The cost is ten cents a page.
