Our Records Division maintains all Harris County Constable Precinct 3 law enforcement records at the 701 W. Baker location.  They process requests for offense and/or accident reports for the general public, the district attorney's office, other law enforcement agencies and insurance companies.

Over 2,000 calls are handled by Precinct 3 per month.  These calls range from complaints, alarms, family disturbances, assaults, accidents, criminal mischief, missing persons, vandalism, burglaries, etc.  The Records Division maintains records pertaining to these calls.

On the average approximately 500 offense/accident reports are generated by Precinct 3 deputies.  The Records Division maintains these reports and provides copies as needed.
