Civilian Volunteer Chaplains for Constable Precinct 3
It is with a deep sense of pride that I introduce to you our Civilian Volunteer Chaplain’s Program for Precinct 3. Our chaplains are some of the finest people I have ever met. Each one of them provides a very needed and important service to our department and community. The chaplains serve the spiritual, mental and personal needs of our employees. They are always available and trained in all aspects of their profession. They are truly a guiding light during some of our employees’ darkest times; not only our employees, but also to the citizens of Precinct 3. If ever you feel a need for counseling or help with a personal or family problem, please feel free to call on them at any time. The chaplains are available 24 hours a day and all conversations and counseling are strictly confidential and there is no charge for their service. Each chaplain is an ordained minister and pastor or assistant pastor of a church with a life time of experience in counseling and working with young people and our community.
